We'll confirm availability and your total. All parties are paid in advance to secure your reservation. You may pay through Venmo at @winifredsgarden or stop into the shop during regular business hours. We can't wait to have you for tea!
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to care for both our guests and the preparation that goes into each experience. With 48 hours or more notice, we are happy to reschedule your reservation to a new available date. All bookings are non-refundable once reserved. With less than 48 hours' notice, we are unable to reschedule or refund your booking. No-shows will forfeit their reservation. In special circumstances, we will always do our best to extend kindness and help where possible.
